At Shyam Gadgets, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and are not liable to issue any refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
1. No Returns Accepted
All sales are final; we do not accept returns for any products.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery for assistance.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as an incorrect item being shipped.
In case of a wrong product received, customers must provide proof (photos/videos) within 12 hours of delivery for review.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
If an order is canceled before shipment, any refund eligibility will be at our discretion.
